When you place an order you are agreeing to buy the product for the stated price. You will then receive an email confirming we have received your order.

sKKarf.com may cancel an order at any time at it's sole discretion. Any payment already made will be refunded in full, this does not affect your statutory rights.

Due to many of the products being hand-made there may be variations in colour, shade, design or size.

Delivery costs will be automatically calculated before you submit your payment details. sKKarf.com aims to deliver goods within 3 working days. Orders will be sent recorded delivery and will require a signature on receipt.

If a product arrives damaged we will replace it free of charge with a similar product of your choice of equal value, or give a full refund. The damaged product must be returned to us with a covering note. All return costs will be refunded in this case. You must obtain a proof of posting certificate to enable us to refund costs.
